Privacy

We use your name, email, phone and stay details only to manage your booking, to register guests as Portuguese law requires, to issue invoices and to send you messages about your stay. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or keep your card details.

Your booking is kept in our booking system (Smoobu) and guest registration in Hostkit, for as long as the law requires. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to reservas@havencollection.pt. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD.

This website uses one cookie, which keeps your booking form working and keeps you signed in to your stay page. No advertising or tracking cookies of our own. Maps on our pages are shown by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy, and by OpenStreetMap, which sets none.
