Booking and payment

You book directly with HAVEN Collection. The full price is paid by card when you book, through Stripe; the company that receives the payment is shown on the payment page. The company that operates each apartment, and its licence, are listed under Licences and companies. Your booking is confirmed by email as soon as the payment goes through.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, with a full refund.
From 14 days before arrival the booking is non-refundable.
Changes of dates are possible when the apartment is free; write to us.

Taxes

The Funchal municipal tourist tax is not included in the price.

Check-in and check-out

Self check-in from 16:00 and check-out by 10:00 unless your booking says otherwise. Portuguese law requires every guest to be registered: please complete the online check-in before arrival.

Disputes

Write to us first and we will do our best to put things right. You can also use the official Livro de Reclamações (complaints book).
